Two ways to work with us.
Most clients want the first. The second exists because some of them already have a team and just need it to be bigger for a while.
Primary
Project delivery
We take a problem end to end — discovery, design, build, handover — and we are accountable for the outcome, not for hours logged. You get a fixed scope and a fixed price per phase, so the cost of finding out is small and the cost of continuing is known before you commit to it.
Discovery is $1,500 and stands on its own. Build work is quoted from what discovery finds, fixed in scope and price per phase, so the number is based on what we saw rather than what we guessed. You approve each phase before it starts.
How an engagement runs
Scoping call, free
Half an hour. You describe what is slow or breaking. We tell you whether software is the right answer.
Discovery — $1,500, fixed
One to two weeks. We map the process, talk to the people doing the work, and hand you a written plan with costs and sequence. Yours to keep whether or not we build it.
Build, fixed scope per phase
Delivered in reviewable increments. You see working software weekly and can stop, change or extend between phases.
Handover
Documentation, monitoring and a walkthrough for whoever maintains it. Code and accounts are in your name throughout.
Secondary
Engineering capacity
If you already have a team and a roadmap, we place senior engineers, AI architects, product managers and QA into it on a monthly basis. Your process, your standards, your sprint — our people.
Minimum engagement three months, from $8,000 per person per month. Our engineers are in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and Argentina: one to two hours from US time zones, not a handover note left overnight.

- Rewrite a working system because the stack is unfashionable.
- Add AI to something that a database query would fix.
- Take on work we think you should buy off the shelf instead.
- Hold the code, the repository or the cloud accounts. They are yours from day one.
- Bill hourly for an open-ended scope with no agreed endpoint.

Worth asking first.
Who owns the code?
You do. Repository, cloud accounts and domains are in your name from the first commit. If we part ways, nothing has to be handed back.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign one before onboarding any project, so you can share what discovery needs to see.
Who will actually work on our project?
Our core team: backend, applied AI, product and QA, each with ten or more years of experience. The people who scope the work build it. Nobody is learning on your budget.
What hours do you work?
US business hours. The whole team is within two hours of US Eastern time, so questions get answered the same day, in English.
What does a project cost?
Discovery is $1,500, fixed. Builds are typically $18,000–45,000, quoted per phase from what discovery finds. You approve each phase before it starts. We do not bill hourly for open-ended work.
How does payment work?
Flexibly. We agree terms that fit how your business runs before any work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.
What if we stop after discovery?
Then you keep the plan and owe nothing more. It is written so another team, or your own, can build from it.
What if someone leaves mid-project?
Work is documented as it is built and lives in your repository, so no knowledge walks out with one person. And because the team has worked together before, someone already knows the code.
What happens after handover?
Your choice. We prefer long-term work, so ongoing support, maintenance and the next phase are always on the table. If you would rather run it yourselves, the handover is built for exactly that.
Can you work with software we already pay for?
Usually. If a system has an API, a database or even a reliable export, we can connect to it. Discovery tells you which, before you pay for a build.
Do you put AI in everything?
No. We use it where it saves real hours — reading documents, sorting requests — and show you the confidence thresholds. If a database query does the job, you get a database query.
