Two ways to work with us.
Most clients want the first. The second exists because some of them already have a team and just need it to be bigger for a while.
Primary
Project delivery
We take a problem end to end — discovery, design, build, handover — and we are accountable for the outcome, not for hours logged. You get a fixed scope and a fixed price per phase, so the cost of finding out is small and the cost of continuing is known before you commit to it.
Discovery is $1,500 and stands on its own. Build work is quoted from what discovery finds, fixed in scope and price per phase, so the number is based on what we saw rather than what we guessed. You approve each phase before it starts.
How an engagement runs
Scoping call, free
Half an hour. You describe what is slow or breaking. We tell you whether software is the right answer.
Discovery — $1,500, fixed
One to two weeks. We map the process, talk to the people doing the work, and hand you a written plan with costs and sequence. Yours to keep whether or not we build it.
Build, fixed scope per phase
Delivered in reviewable increments. You see working software weekly and can stop, change or extend between phases.
Handover
Documentation, monitoring and a walkthrough for whoever maintains it. Code and accounts are in your name throughout.
Secondary
Engineering capacity
If you already have a team and a roadmap, we place senior full-stack and AI engineers into it on a monthly basis. Your process, your standards, your sprint — our people.
Minimum engagement three months, quoted per engineer per month. We are in Mexico City — US working hours, not a handover note left overnight.
Worth saying
What we will not do.
- Rewrite a working system because the stack is unfashionable.
- Add AI to something that a database query would fix.
- Take on work we think you should buy off the shelf instead.
- Hold the code, the repository or the cloud accounts. They are yours from day one.
- Bill hourly for an open-ended scope with no agreed endpoint.
