What we build

Three problems
we’re built for.

These are problem shapes, not past clients — we opened in 2026 and won’t pretend otherwise. What follows is how we would approach each one, and roughly what it takes.

01

Work that moves between systems by hand

The symptom. Somebody retypes the same information into two or three places. Nobody has counted the hours, but everybody knows who does it.

What we build. A service that reads the incoming format, extracts what matters, and writes it to every system that needs it. Anything ambiguous goes to a review queue rather than being guessed at.

6-8 weeks Most of the value lands in the first three.
02

A process that lives in one person’s head

The symptom. One spreadsheet, one person who fully understands it, and a quiet worry about what happens when they leave.

What we build. The rules that spreadsheet holds implicitly, made explicit — as a tool anyone on the team can use, with an audit trail of what changed and who changed it.

8-12 weeks You can usually staff differently before it is finished.
03

A queue growing faster than the team

The symptom. Requests, tickets or documents arriving faster than people can sort them, and the genuinely urgent ones waiting behind the routine.

What we build. A triage layer that classifies on arrival, handles the repetitive cases from your own documentation, and routes the rest with context attached. Nothing goes out automatically unless it clears a confidence threshold you set.

6-10 weeks This is where AI earns its place — and where it usually does not, which we will tell you.

Recognize your own process in one of these?

Discovery costs $1,500 and takes one to two weeks. You get a written plan: what to build, what it costs, in what order. Yours to keep whether we build it or not.
